Petrotema’s Scope of Work
- Servicing of valves body adaptors, greasing/ Adaptor (Closure)
- Servicing of gearbox/ Manual Operator
- Cleaning the build up in the seat area due to line contaminants
- Servicing of ball and replacement of faulty adapter O rings/seals
- Injecting grease through nipples using industrial grease gun
- Checking the integrity of ball valve and confirm it fully opens and closes
- Installation of 24’’ x 600# RF blind flanges/ 24’’ x 600# metal gasket
- Conducted first hydrostatic seat/shell test at PTEL equipment base
- Second hydrostatic seat /shell test witnessed by Seven Energy representative (Julius Okitikpi) at same location
